The Goal
Create a clear, contemporary identity for TCFPH that felt connected to the Teton County community while making the foundation’s role in supporting public health more accessible, recognizable, and easy to understand.

The Approach
The identity draws from the landscape and character of Teton County, combining natural forms, expressive typography, and a flexible color system to create something that feels both familiar and forward-thinking. The cottonwood became the central visual element, representing growth, connection, and the strength of a community working together toward a healthier future.

The Identity
The resulting identity is approachable, optimistic, and distinctly connected to place. The visual system was designed to feel cohesive across print, digital, and social while giving TCFPH room to grow.

The Brand

The brand guidelines bring the identity into a clear, cohesive system — defining how the logo, typography, color, imagery, and supporting elements work together across different applications. Built as a practical reference for TCFPH, the guidelines provide the structure and flexibility needed to keep the brand consistent as it grows.

The final identity was carried across a full suite of brand touchpoints, from foundational brand assets to print, digital, and social applications. The deliverables were designed to work as one cohesive system while giving TCFPH the flexibility to communicate consistently across every place the brand lives.

What began as a rebrand became an opportunity to build a visual world for TCFPH from the ground up. The final system brings together place, community, and purpose across identity, print, digital, and social, giving the foundation a cohesive language to tell its story.
